Vietnam – March 2018

3rd -13th March

The Vietnam Artistic Soul trip was AMAZING . Twelve artists joined myself and our tour guide Natalie on a fun/action packed 10 days touring and sketching the North of Vietnam.

We started off in Hanoi .Here we explored the Old quarter on foot , sketching the beautiful central lake area of the city.  We also completed a tradition Vietnamese Art Workshop using egg shell and Lacquer with Tran Anh Tuan. After Hanoi we went cruising  through Ha long Bay sketching the beautiful limestone pillars and wonderful scenery. We finished off our trip in the beautiful city of lanterns Hoi An sketching street scenes, My son temple and the river area.

Everyone produced a wonderful art journal of our trip and a good time was had by all.
